Bet m's Terms & Conditions — Members' Right to Know

Bet m (betm.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bet m and its members. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. bet m reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with advance notice provided to members before any changes take effect.

To open an account on bet m, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have your own mobile number and email address.
• Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Accounts cannot be opened on behalf of another person or organization.

Bet m reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID, passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Bet m strictly refrains from providing services to anyone under the age of 18. This isn't just a rule — it's an ethical responsibility. bet m takes multiple measures to keep minors away from gaming:

• Date of birth is verified at the time of registration.
• Age verification documents may be requested for suspicious accounts.
• If age verification fails, the account and all funds held within it will be forfeited.
• Parents can contact support to restrict minors from accessing bet m.

If anyone is found operating an account on behalf of a minor, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

Bet m currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily maximum deposit: ৳2,00,000
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases.
• Deposit fee: bet m charges no deposit fees.

Bet m only accepts funds from legitimate sources. Any deposit linked to money laundering or other illegal activity will be returned and the associated account will be closed.

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from bet m:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Standard processing time: 3–15 minutes
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed on a priority basis.

Account verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Bet m offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10x (bonus + deposit)
• Each bonus validity period: 7–30 days (varies by bonus)
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• Cashback bonuses generally have no wagering requirement.
• Free bet bonuses may only be used in designated categories.

If bet m detects bonus abuse or bonus hunting, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and suspend the account if necessary. Contact our support team for any bonus-related queries.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on bet m:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match bets can be placed before a match begins, and live bets can be placed while a match is in progress.
• Minimum bet: ৳20; Maximum bet: varies by market.
• If the odds change, bet m will settle the bet at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

Bet m is not responsible for bets lost due to disconnection during live betting. Live odds change rapidly, so review the odds carefully before confirming your bet. bet m reserves the right to review any bet it considers suspicious.

In a parlay or combo bet, if any single event is cancelled, that leg will be counted as 1.00 odds and the remaining bets will be settled as normal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet m. Any violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Using someone else's account or sharing your account with others.
• Any attempt to hack or tamper with bet m's systems.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.

Bet m may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. bet m accepts withdrawal requests within 30 days of account closure.

Bet m is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by technical issues on the member's device.
• Losses resulting from sharing account passwords with others.
• Delays caused by third-party services or payment gateways.
• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Bet m is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. In the event of technical issues, bet m follows a fair compensation policy. Please contact support if you encounter any problems.

The following process is followed to resolve any dispute between bet m and its members:

• Step 1: Submit a complaint via support chat. Issues are typically resolved within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If the issue remains unresolved, email support@betm.ws with full details. A response will be provided within 72 hours.
• Step 3: A third-party mediator may be appointed with the mutual consent of both parties.

Bet m is committed to fair and timely dispute resolution. Every complaint from a member matters to us, and each case is reviewed impartially.

Bet m reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified by email or on-platform before any major changes take effect.
• Changes take effect 7 days after the date of notice.
• Members who do not agree to the updated terms may close their account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
